Hey guys, well as most of you know i'm studying in a place in the north of France called Caen. I really didn't know much about the place when i first arrived but its a great place to live. Everyone has an impression about the French that they're stuck up and snobby but since i've been here everyone has been really great and as long as you give the language a bit of a bash they don't mind taking the time to try and understand you.
My first semester here is until May sometime and then i've got three months off before i start back here.
Mum is coming here mid-april which works out perfectly cos its right when i have my mid-semester break. She arrives in London which is where i'll be and then after about a week in england she'll be coming to Caen with me for a few days then off to Paris to start her month long trip around Europe. She'll land back in Paris on the 26th of May, right in time for my 21st :-D and will be there for a few days before she returns to Oz.
Only a couple of days after my b'day my best friend bel will be arriving in Paris and will be with me here and probably in London with Jared and I for about a month before she heads off to teach water sports in the US.
So my plans after the end of this semester are a bit iffy at the moment but i know its all gonna work out great!
